Before any product reaches your hands, or should we say feet, they are authenticated by our specialists who go through a series of examinations to make sure you receive what you purchased. We do not support any type of replicas that our out there as we want to keep the community safe. Reliability is something we value and to make sure all our customers are assured of their purchases. 

  • What If I'm not sure about my size?

Since we do not offer refunds or size exchanges, we 100% recommend before any purchase you are certain of your size. Check out the featured size chart 

  • Do you ship outside of Cyprus?

Currently we only ship in Cyprus (excluding Northern Cyprus), we do not offer international shipping. 

  • Do you have a physical store so I can see the products?

We do not have a physical store, as we are only based online, which is this website and our Instagram account which we make daily stories, regularly upload content and get in contact with you in Direct Messages (DM). We do not have any association with any other store that provides sneakers.

  • I haven't received a confirmation email yet.

Always double-check you have entered your email address correctly, allow 5-10 minutes and check your inboxes. If it is not found in your junk/spam folder then please contact us.

  • I haven't received a tracking yet for my order.

No need to worry, as always check all your inboxes (including spam/junk), double check your email and allow up to 48 hours (working days) since that is the delivery time frame. If we have passed the given timeframe then feel free to contact us.
